(Live) – A worker was moderately injured after falling from a height at a construction site in Kiryat Motzkin.
A 42-year-old worker was moderately injured today (Sunday, 27/4/25) after falling from a height of approximately 5 meters while working at a construction site on Tza'alon Street in Kiryat Motzkin.
At 14:54 PM, a report was received at the MDA 101 hotline in the Carmel area about the accident. MDA medics and paramedics, along with rescue organization drivers who were called to the scene, provided the worker with initial medical treatment on the spot, which included immobilization and dressings, and then evacuated him to the trauma room at Rambam Hospital in Haifa, suffering from injuries to his lower extremities.
Senior rescue medic, Uriel Dror Levanon, told the news corporation, “When I arrived at the construction site, I was directed towards a worker, a 42-year-old man, who was suffering from injuries to his lower limbs after falling from a height of about 5 meters. Together with MDA medics and paramedics, we provided him with initial medical treatment on the spot, and he was evacuated in moderate condition for further medical treatment in the trauma room at Rambam Hospital.”
The circumstances of the accident are being investigated.
