From Fire and Rescue it was delivered to Lai Pa:
During the night between Saturday and Sunday, 27/4/25, numerous reports were received at the Israel Fire and Rescue Service's 102 hotline about a fire in a residential building on Ze'ev Jabotinsky Street in Haifa, in a two-story building with the possibility of residents being present in the building.
Rescue of the trapped
Many teams from the Haifa station, under the command of Rabbi Reshef Ronen Atias, quickly arrived at the scene and began rescuing the trapped people, along with locating and extinguishing the source of the fire.

The commander of the first team to arrive at the scene, Major General Paddy Sker:
"Upon arriving at the scene, we noticed a fire engulfing an outdoor pergola located in an apartment on the second floor of the building. We acted quickly.
We deployed a water line to bring down the flames and strong radiation that blocked our access.
"After putting out the flames, we broke into the apartment and rescued a father, his son, and their small dog from the burning building."
Additional teams performed ventilation and ruled out any further trapped people other than those who were rescued until the scene was finally cleared. The rescuers emerged unharmed, but damage was caused to the structure.
Later today, a fire investigator from the Haifa station will arrive at the scene to examine the findings that led to the fire.
The fire incident is the second incident, and it is likely that it is a threat to a particular family. From talking to the neighbors, the fire broke out following a Molotov cocktail thrown at the house, and after the previous incident in which a grenade was thrown at the same place (last week on 18/04/25 a grenade was thrown at the same place). This is likely a series of threats and violence against the family, which may be related to sponsorship money or other criminal reasons.
The connection between the two events indicates that violent acts are being carried out in a coordinated manner, and it is possible that this is an attempt to exert pressure on the family or to deter them.
The police told Lai Pa: The incident is known to the police, the details are being investigated.
