A 22-year-old suspect was arrested in possession of: guns, ammunition, drugs and a luxury vehicle

(Hai Fa) – Guns, ammunition, drugs and a luxury car – "Yasm Asher" fighters from the Hof District arrested a 22-year-old criminal from Kiryat Ata

The police told Lai Pa: During an initiative by Yasm fighters from the coastal district, against crime targets and thwarting offenses, to seize illegal weapons that were falling into the hands of criminal elements.

During the operation, the fighters identified the suspect as he began driving in his vehicle – and in coordination with a patrolman and a YSM examiner, his arrest was carried out.

During the search, two guns and ammunition were seized. Later, a search was conducted at the suspect's home, where various types of drugs were found in quantities not intended for personal consumption.

Additionally, a luxury vehicle owned by the suspect was seized and towed to the police station for consideration of further confiscation proceedings.

As stated, a 22-year-old suspect, a resident of Kiryat Ata, was arrested for questioning, at the end of which he was imprisoned.
The court granted the police request and extended the suspect's detention until 27.04.25.

The Israel Police will continue to act decisively against criminal elements who possess weapons and harm citizens' sense of security.
