(Hai Pa) – Fires near Israel Railways stations in two locations in the country (Tuesday 22/04/25 11:55)
From the Israel Chariot, the news corporation was told: Due to fires near the tracks in two locations, Atlit and Naan, and under the direction of fire officials, there are changes and delays to the schedules on the coastal line (Haifa-Tel Aviv) and on the Beit Shemesh line.
Updates later.
– It is the railway's responsibility to remove weeds and bushes that could endanger the tracks within the track areas.
– How many more residents of Haifa and the north will have to manage without trains on Fridays and Saturdays in the electricity sector??
– Why doesn't any council member in the Haifa municipality or the mayors in Haifa and the north have enough balls to demand that Israel Railways return trains to regular operation on weekends and immediately after months of service cancellation?
Why don't they burn at night? There isn't much traffic on the roads and people don't travel at night. Why don't they think about how to use the night hours to make the day less dangerous?
