Raising a toast with the subsidiaries and business partners
Yesterday, a toast to Passover was held by the Haifa Economic Company with the managers of its subsidiaries, members of the board of directors, company employees, business partners, suppliers and Haifa entrepreneurs, in the presence of the Mayor, Mr. Yona Yahav; Municipality CEO Gadi Margalit; Chairman of the Haifa Economic Company, Rani Bender; Company CEO, Hanan Markowitz; Deputy Mayors Sophie Nakash, Sarit Golan, and Avihu Hahn.
The event was hosted by the technology entrepreneurship company "Hi Center", at its complex in the lower city, headed by CEO Lior Hanuka and company chairman Udi Graf. Among those present were: Lior Perry, CEO of the "Sami Ofer" Stadium, Natalie Mishan-Zakai, CEO of the Gav Yam Company, a partner of the economic company in the Matam Park, and Eyal Weinrab Shaked, Northern Region Manager at Maven, a partner of the economic company in the Science and High-Tech Park.

Mayor Yona Yahav: "The Haifa Economic Company is a central executive arm in promoting the municipal economy, creating jobs in Haifa, and strengthening ties with the business sector. I congratulate all partners on their impressive work and believe that through cooperation we will continue to move Haifa forward."
Rani Bender, Chairman of the Economic Society, welcomed the gathering and said: "As part of the joining of forces that we lead, it was important for us to hold a joint toast this year to all of the company's subsidiaries and business partners, and to connect the economic entities in Haifa. We chose to hold the event at the "High Center", out of a perception that we are promoting, with an investment of tens of millions of NIS, to assist and promote the startup community in Haifa. We are facing a number of significant actions in this field and I hope that we will see their results in the near and medium term. The connection between the startup companies and international companies existing in the Matam Park is significant for them. We have a lot of work to advance this year in the economic society in the areas of real estate, energy, tourism infrastructure and high-tech development, and I thank Mayor Yahav and the CEO of the municipality, Gadi Margalit, for the support they are providing."
Dr. Udi Graf, Chairman of Hi-Center: "We are pleased to host the Mayor of Haifa and the management of the Haifa Economic Company, and to celebrate with them along with representatives of the entrepreneurs and startups that operate under our roof. Thanks to 15 years of continuous support from the municipality and the Haifa Economic Company, we have managed to achieve impressive achievements in recent years despite the war – 75 active startups, 1,000 members of a unique investor club, capital raising for companies of approximately NIS 30 billion, and the establishment of the National Center for the Blue Economy – Bluetech, where over XNUMX startups operate. This September, we will host the first international Bluetech conference of its kind, with hundreds of experts and investors from abroad. Today, the demand to join Hi-Center far exceeds our capabilities, and therefore we are currently promoting several large projects that will allow us to expand entrepreneurial activity in the fields of high-tech in the city."

Hanan Markowitz, CEO of the Haifa Economic Company: "In honor of Passover, we were happy to celebrate with everyone who drives the city's economy forward: entrepreneurs, business partners, subsidiaries and staff. This is a moment when we turn vision into action - and position the Economic Company as the spearhead of economic development in Haifa. This year will be a year of courageous action - in real estate, energy, tourism and more - with the full partnership of the private sector and everyone who wants to help Haifa prosper."
A mayor who does nothing for the city
What exactly is the article about?
How is raising a glass important to the city's residents and tax payers?
Report on actions, not celebrations for yourself.
Did you notice that although there are a number of different pictures in the article,
Under each of them the names appear in the same order:
Hanukkah, Yahav, Bender Graf (family names).
In the first picture there are only 3 people, with the above 4 names..
