City Center • The Dick Family's All-In-One Incarnation

The City Center building is located in the northern part of the German colony, at the intersection of Ben Gurion Boulevard and Jaffa Streets and its address is 6 Ben Gurion Boulevard. Dick's Department Store According to the 1882 map of the German colony, on the lot on which the City Center building was built, the large trading house of the Templar family Abram Duck was located. Later, their sons, who continued the family tradition, were among the largest merchants in Haifa. The family ran a kind of department store that sold a variety of products, from everyday products to agricultural machinery. Among its regular customers were also Jewish settlers from the northern colonies. Agronomist Aaron Aaronson from Zichron Yaakov worked for a time as an agent at Dick's trading house, before devoting himself to his scientific and political work. In a 1984 photograph of...

Among the many educational institutions that took part in the activity were the Beit Biram Real School, Ironi G., the new SMT, Leo Buck Division, Leo Buck High School, Reut Arts Division and Reut Arts High School, Ironi H., Kiryat Haim Division, the Hof Carmel Joint School, Kfar Galim and other schools in the Kiryats and the area.

Dozens of high school students at the Beit Biram Reali, along with teachers and residents, stood along the sidewalk on both sides of the road with signs with pictures of the kidnapped. Many drivers passed by and honked in solidarity and chanted slogans of support for the moving initiative. Carmit Palti Katzir, whose father was murdered on October 7 and whose mother and brother were kidnapped, accompanied the youth and was moved by the important gesture.

At the Leo Beck School, student council representatives read this morning: "Today we gathered for one moment and joined together in a call to action and national leadership of the youth - in a cry for the release of the kidnapped, to remind everyone that the struggle of the kidnapped is also a struggle of our generation. We are a generation that is not willing to remain silent. A generation that understands that we have no choice but to do everything to return all the kidnapped people home."
In the coming minutes, we will reflect on the time that has passed. We will stand here together, remembering the time lost, the pain, but also the hope.

"All of us together, in all protest centers, wish to say in a clear voice: We are with you, we remember you, we are fighting for you, and we will do everything so that you return to us in peace."

In the critical days of the return to fighting and the uncertainty over the continuation of the deal, the youth cannot give up, the hostages' headquarters says. Everyone, down to the last of the hostages, must return home at this stage, now, together!🎗️

  1. I don't want to think about what would have happened if there had been a car bombing while they were standing at intersections and protesting.
Would the teachers then blame Bibi and the government?? Oh, sorry, of course… Pavlovi.

  2. It is important to support and assist the families of the kidnapped and in no way forget any of them.
It is also important to support the moves of the government, the prime minister, and our army, and not to turn the demonstrations into politics and division that only serves our enemies.

  3. Excellent, excellent initiative. I wish all the kidnapped people would return home. We will never know worse days than these. Amen and amen. 🇮🇱🇮🇱🇮🇱🇺🇸🕎🌨️🌧️ As soon as everyone arrives in Israel, we will return to routine even if there is a war.

  4. As usual, Alliance School chooses not to participate.
This is the education for mutual responsibility that he provides.
Hopefully his students won't need this guarantee.
    Just shameful.
Anyone who knows the school knows which cowboy hat carries the blame.
