  1. The construction industry is one of the most dangerous sectors in the country.
The lawlessness in the construction sector gives its signs and results from the very beginning, at the stage of the defective and illegal permits issued under the guidance of the legal advice of the local planning and building committees.
The legal advice at the Haifa Municipality can provide courses and workshops on methods of deception and falsification of static calculations for the purpose of applying TAMA 38 to any existing building, even though the building is not required to be strengthened.
There is no limit to the audacity and poor public morality of these committees.
The attorney for the Haifa Local Committee, Attorney S.W., can conduct training in engineering fraud, even though she has no certification in the field of construction engineering.
The Haifa Municipality's urban engineer, Eng. Y.S., specialized in composing and distributing absurd and false "engineering stories," routinely invalidating building standards and inventing imaginary and baseless personal regulations.
Regarding safety in construction work, lawlessness is rampant due to the lack of strict adherence to "occupational safety regulations," and therefore many work accidents occur, especially with regard to improper scaffolding, the erection of which contravenes the provisions of the scaffolding standard in construction work.
The entire construction industry in Israel is managed by lawyers instead of engineers - and this is the result.
It all starts with the national planning committees, including the National Planning Headquarters and the National Planning Administration.
Reminds me of the story "The Fish Head".

    • True. It's good that there are citizens who care, the journalists only focus on the emotional and panicked side of the story. They never covered important details about the root of the problem and will leave the public uninformed.

    • The entire country is run by lawyers. You see, in a state of law, lawyers are the priests of the state. The problem is that they are priests of lies and deceit, and the state is characterized by a built-in helplessness. There is no fix for this situation, simply pour oil on everything and burn it, eradicate man like a smallpox migraine, and come to Zion a redeemer, ... "Then the land will enjoy its Sabbaths," in the margins, the whole of civilization turns out to be something beyond man's ability to manage and supervise. Don't forget that man is an inherently evil animal who has adopted a capitalist faith that sanctifies himself and your money.
