The affinity for football
Gilad was a child full of joy and a desire to devour life, but he also faced learning difficulties that created quite a few frustrations. Thanks to his love for soccer, he was able to fight the challenges he experienced in his life and found a way to deal with them. At the age of 14, he joined the Hapoel Haifa soccer team, which he loved, as the team's mascot, and within a short time he also joined the club's operational team. Soccer provided him with a positive and supportive environment in which he could develop and grow.

"Gilead Field" Project
Out of the pain of loss, Gilad's family chose to establish a soccer field. The goal of the field is to give every boy and girl a place to feel the sense of pride and belonging that is found in a soccer team. On March 16.3.2025, XNUMX, a campaign was launched to raise the amount required to establish a "Gilad Field" in order to help the family commemorate Gilad as he would have truly wanted.
