(Hai Fa) – A combined attack involving a car ramming, stabbing and shooting occurred this morning, 24/3/25, on Highway 66 near the Tishbi intersection. A team of Border Guard soldiers who were on their way to a shooting practice unloaded the vehicle and killed the terrorist. Large MDA forces were dispatched to the scene, including ambulances, intensive care vehicles and MDA drivers mounted on MDA emergency motorcycles.
The police said:
A terrorist incident near the Tishbi intersection. A terrorist who opened fire on civilians and was immediately neutralized by police forces present at the scene.
A team of Coast Guard soldiers who were on their way to a shooting practice spotted a terrorist armed with a firearm – they attempted to make contact, returned fire, and killed him.
Senior MDA medic Moshiko Amsalem said:
"This is a serious incident. We were called to the scene of an attack at a bus stop at the Tishbi intersection. When we arrived at the scene, we immediately saw two injured people, one 2-year-old in critical condition with penetrating injuries, and another 75-year-old in moderate condition also with penetrating injuries. We immediately began providing them with medical treatment, which included stopping the bleeding and applying bandages."
