Unexplained incident in Kiryat Ata: Two boys were seriously and moderately injured in a playground

The salvation union said:

United Hatzalah medical teams provided first aid to two 14-year-old boys after they were injured while playing in a public garden on Yair Alley Street in Kiryat Ata.

Haim Avni and Nati Gafni, paramedics at United Hatzalah, said: "When we arrived at the scene, one of the boys was lying on the floor and had no pulse or breathing. We performed advanced CPR on him, which included stopping bleeding, massages, and breathing. When his heart started beating again, he was taken to the hospital in an intensive care unit. We also provided first aid to another boy, about 14 years old, who was moderately injured and suffered bruises to his limbs, and he was then taken to the hospital for further treatment."

MDA informed Lahi Pa:

At 19:39 PM, a report was received at the MDA 101 hotline in the Carmel area about 2 boys who were injured while playing with a flammable object in a public garden in Kiryat Ata. MDA medics and paramedics are providing medical treatment and referring 2 injured people to Rambam Hospital, including: a 14-year-old boy in very serious condition with injuries to his upper body, after a pulse returned during CPR, and a 14-year-old boy in moderate condition with injuries to his limbs.

MDA paramedics Orian Dayan and Ravit Martinez said:
"We saw a boy lying on the floor unconscious, without a pulse and not breathing with injuries to his upper body. We gave him life-saving medical treatment that included stopping the bleeding, massages and breathing, and after a few minutes, his heart started beating independently again and we evacuated him to the hospital while he was sedated and on a ventilator and his condition was unstable. Additional MDA teams that were at the scene provided treatment to another boy who was there and suffered injuries to his limbs and was moderately injured and evacuated him to the hospital in a stable condition."

The police told Lai Pa:

Zevulun police officers recently opened an investigation after receiving a report from medical authorities about two injured 2-year-old boys who were evacuated to receive treatment at Rambam Medical Center, with varying degrees of injury, after allegedly being in a playground in the Krayot neighborhood.

Police from the Zebulon Station arrived at the scene immediately upon receiving the report and began collecting evidence to examine the circumstances of the incident, including examining whether the boys were playing a dangerous "TikTok challenge."
The details are under review.

Yaakov Peretz, Mayor of Kiryat Ata: "This is an unfortunate and painful case, which is in the initial stages of investigation by the relevant authorities. The municipal welfare department is closely monitoring the families of the boys, and starting tomorrow the education system will carry out proactive outreach activities among youth regarding the dangers of imitating trends on social networks." Peretz added: "I call on parents to show extra responsibility and for youth to beware of these and other trends, out of consideration for the health and pain that the families of the injured are currently paying for."

  2. The event is actually very clear, like the mayor's response, which he would not have responded to if he didn't know what the event in question was - attempts to imitate extremist actions that teenagers see on social media and create them or more on TikTok and Insta.
