(Hai Pa) – Temporary changes in train traffic on the coastal line (Haifa-Tel Aviv) on Friday 28/3/25.

Israel Railways delivered to Hai Pa News Corporation:

Temporary changes to train traffic on the coastal line (Haifa-Tel Aviv) on Friday 28/3/25 only due to life-saving infrastructure work essential to travel safety; due to the work, train traffic between Binyamina and Haifa Hof Carmel stations will be temporarily suspended and continuous travel will not be possible on the coastal line (Haifa-Tel Aviv), combined travel with shuttles will be allowed; Atlit station will be closed to service.

As part of the annual maintenance program, life-saving infrastructure work will be carried out that is essential for travel safety in the Binyamina area. Due to the work, temporary changes will apply to train traffic on Friday, January 28, 3 only, and continuous train travel on the coastal line (Haifa-Tel Aviv) will not be possible. Combined travel with shuttles will be possible.

  • Trains on the Ben Gurion Airport-Nahariya line (night trains between Thursday and Friday) will be operated in a split format between Ben Gurion Airport and Binyamina stations and between Haifa, Hof Carmel and Nahariya stations only.
  • Trains on the Beer Sheva Central-Nahriya line will be operated in a split format between Beer Sheva Central and Binyamina stations and between Haifa Hof Carmel and Nahariya stations.
  • Atlit Station will be closed to service.

Train traffic will return to normal on Saturday evening, 29/3/25, with the resumption of service. Israel Railways will operate a free shuttle system. Train passengers are advised to check the details on the website, the app, or the call center at *5770. Details about regular public transportation lines can be found at the Ministry of Transportation call center at *8787.
