The City Center building is located in the northern part of the German colony, at the intersection of Ben Gurion Boulevard and Jaffa Streets and its address is 6 Ben Gurion Boulevard. Dick's Department Store According to the 1882 map of the German colony, on the lot on which the City Center building was built, the large trading house of the Templar family Abram Duck was located. The Nature and Parks Authority informed Lai Pa:

An exhausted flamingo identified by a Nature and Parks Authority employee in the Habonim Nature Reserve. The flamingo was rescued from the depths of the sea when it was exhausted and unable to take off. It was taken for medical treatment at the Nature and Parks Authority Wildlife Hospital and Safari.
