A moving evening in memory of the late Dasha Leitel, who was murdered by her husband, was held in Haifa.

A moving and meaningful evening in memory of the late Dasha Leitel was held yesterday (Wednesday, 19/3/2025), who was murdered by her husband on March 17, 2023. The evening, under the banner of remembering, learning, and working for change, was held at the Hannah House of the Naamat organization, managed and led by Esti Kassif, with a desire to honor her memory, raise awareness of the issue of violence against women, and strengthen the community in the fight to prevent further cases.

Dasha will no longer be able to make her voice heard, but we are here to remember, remind and act. We hope that this evening will be another step on the path to creating change, preventing violence and building a safer world for every woman."
