The City Center building is located in the northern part of the German colony, at the intersection of Ben Gurion Boulevard and Jaffa Streets and its address is 6 Ben Gurion Boulevard. Dick's Department Store According to the 1882 map of the German colony, on the lot on which the City Center building was built, the large trading house of the Templar family Abram Duck was located. (haipo) – A 37-year-old worker was moderately injured when he fell from the roof of a train car while working.

MDA informed Lahi Pa:

At 12:23, a report was received at MDA's 101 hotline in the Carmel area about a worker who fell while working from the roof of a train car at a height of approximately 5 meters, on Nachum Arman Street in Haifa.

MDA medics and paramedics provide medical treatment and refer a 37-year-old man to Rambam Hospital in moderate condition, with injuries to his back and pelvis.
