The city of Haifa
The City Center building is located in the northern part of the German colony, at the intersection of Ben Gurion Boulevard and Jaffa Streets and its address is 6 Ben Gurion Boulevard. Dick's Department Store According to the 1882 map of the German colony, on the lot on which the City Center building was built, the large trading house of the Templar family Abram Duck was located. The Dick family was one of the wealthiest in the German colony and their residence - at 8 Ben Gurion Boulevard - was one of the largest and most luxurious in the colony. (haipo) – Rescue of two trapped people from a car accident on Stadium Street in Kiryat Haim.

From Fire and Rescue it was delivered to Lai Pa:

Firefighters from the Kiryat Station worked a while ago to rescue two people trapped in a car accident on Stadium Street in Kiryat Haim.

The shift commander, Rabbi Reshef Bnei Zakhariev, concludes:

"We arrived at the scene and identified two people trapped in two different vehicles and immediately began complex rescue operations and transferred them to medical forces with injuries of varying degrees."
