Today at 16:17 PM, the Israel Police's 100 hotline received a report from citizens about a car-ramming attack at the Karkur intersection, during which a vehicle hit a number of citizens who were standing at the bus stop at the time.

The report was immediately transmitted via the police communication wave to all the mobile units and the police officers who received the report and identified the suspicious vehicle as being traveling towards Gan Shmuel, blocked its path with the police mobile. The terrorist accelerated his speed, crashed into the police vehicle, got out of the vehicle and in response the police officers got out of the vehicle, pushed after him while striving for contact and neutralized the terrorist who ran towards them with a sharp object in his hand.

In the car bombing attack, 13 civilians were injured to varying degrees, of which, according to medical officials, 1 was critically injured and 2 were seriously injured. Among the injured was a police officer.

Today (Thursday, 27/2/25) at 16:18 PM, a report was received at the MDA 101 hotline in the Sharon region about a vehicle that hit several pedestrians on Highway 65 West near the Karkur intersection. Large Magen David Adom forces were dispatched to the scene, including intensive care units, ambulances, and MDA motorcycles.

MDA medics and paramedics provided medical treatment to 10 injured people, including a 17-year-old girl with head and limb injuries who is anesthetized and on a ventilator, and 2 seriously injured people; a 60-year-old man with head and limb injuries who is anesthetized and on a ventilator, and a 19-year-old woman with head injuries who is conscious. Another injured person was evacuated in moderate condition, an 18-year-old woman with limb injuries who is fully conscious, and 6 were lightly injured. The injured were evacuated by MDA forces to Hillel Yaffe Hospital.

There were 10 injured people at the scene, one in critical condition, 2 in serious condition, one in moderate condition and 6 in mild condition. In addition, we treated 2 people who were having a panic attack. They were near a bus stop at the Karkur intersection on the westbound lane when the vehicle hit them, and when we arrived at the scene, they were lying in a back area. We immediately began providing medical treatment to all the injured, which included stopping bleeding and dressing them, loading them into ambulances and intensive care vehicles and quickly evacuating them to Hillel Yaffe Hospital in Hadera."

MDA emergency medical technician Orly Keinan said:
"This is a difficult scene. When we arrived at the scene with large forces, we saw the injured, some of whom were lying in a mound of dirt behind the bus stop. They told us that they had been hit by a vehicle that had run onto the sidewalk and fled. We provided them with life-saving medical treatment, which included stopping the bleeding, bandaging and immobilization, and evacuated them to Hillel Yaffe Hospital. One of them is in critical condition, two of them are in serious condition, one is in moderate condition, and the rest are in mild condition."
