MDA informed Lahi Pa:
At 08:45 (16/2/25) a report was received at MDA's 101 hotline in the Carmel area about a man who was injured by a heavy table on Yekutiel Street in Haifa.
MDA medics and paramedics provide medical treatment and refer a 70-year-old man to Rambam Hospital in moderate condition with injuries to his lower extremities.
A heavy table fell on a worker in a carpentry shop – he is in moderate condition
The salvation union said:
United Hatzalah medical teams provided medical assistance to a worker (about 70 years old) who was moderately injured in a work accident at a carpentry shop on Yekutiel Street in Haifa.
Moshe Dov Cohen and Karel Kind, members of the United Hatzalah, said:
"This is actually a case of someone who was seriously injured in the limbs. We were informed that a heavy table fell on him while he was working in the carpentry shop. We provided him with initial medical aid and after stopping the bleeding and bandaging him, he was taken to Rambam Hospital. His condition is currently classified as moderate."
