At 21:58 PM, a report was received at MDA's 101 hotline in the Carmel area about a motorcyclist who crashed into a guardrail and fell into a ditch on the side of the road on Moshe Dayan Road in Haifa. MDA medics and paramedics are providing medical treatment and referring a 24-year-old man to Rambam Hospital in moderate condition with injuries to his abdomen and limbs.
