Following a complaint received by the Ministry of Health regarding the suspected sale of fake "X Body Spray for Men" deodorant, the Ministry of Health is warning the public against consuming and purchasing the product: "AX DEODORANT BODYSPRAY 48H NON STOP FRESH-EPIC FRESH GRAPEFRUIT & TROPICAL PINAPPLE SCENT", importer: Ibin Brands Ltd., barcode number: 7791293050638, batch number: 21879 Country of manufacture: Argentina, the marketer without a license from the Ministry of Health and without a marketing notification.
An inspection conducted by the office with the importer Avin Brands Ltd. reveals that the product was imported by an unknown party, and that the name of the importer was used on the product's packaging.
It is important to note that there are many products on the market under the "AXE" brand that are manufactured in different countries and legally marketed in Israel by different importers who have a license from the Ministry of Health or a valid marketing notification.
The Ministry of Health warns the public that the use of products that have not received a Ministry of Health license or notification regarding drug marketing or the use of products not in accordance with the terms of their license may harm public health. It should be carefully checked that the perfumes used are only approved perfumes that do not contain additional substances whose composition has not been tested and whose safety is unknown.
