- Kastra Street - limited access to residents and parking ticket holders only.
- 11 Ha'Sporttaiim corner Rotenberg - beyond residents only.
- The statue intersection - entry is limited to those with an appointment and residents of the area only.

The police recommend using public transportation, which will operate in an increased array (line 1, subways). Regulated parking lots: Intel, Congresses, Tzvia and Yitzchak and Kastra.
