A thick root spot
Thick-rooted spot belongs to the complex family. It is a herbaceous perennial plant, found in the Mediterranean region, which precedes the pancreas and blooms at the beginning of winter together with The daughter daisy.
The ability to anticipate flowering and flowering is possible due to the presence of a thickened root crest in the soil. In the tip of the roots, a stock of food is stored which is kept in the soil from the stage when the plant is green and assimilating. When the above-ground green parts have finished their job and withered, food remains for the next growing season.

The legend of the thick-rooted stain
In an enchanted valley where the trees are green and the flowers bloom in all the colors of the rainbow, a thick-rooted spotted animal and its long and strong roots penetrated deep into the earth, where they found water.
One day, when summer came, the heat was heavy, and the rain did not fall for many weeks. The water in the valley began to dry up, and the plants and animals began to worry. The flowers took on pale colors, and the grass turned yellow. Many animals gathered around her spot, waiting for her recommendations. "Stain, what are we going to do? We need water!" cried the little rabbit anxiously. The speck, sensing the worry in Liban, said in a soft voice: "Don't worry, friends. I have an idea! I'll use my roots to find water."
The animals looked at her in bewilderment, but they trusted her. The blob used its thick roots to dig into the ground, looking for sources of water. She dug and dug, and the animals helped her, each in turn. Suddenly, her spot felt something wet under the ground. "Look, I found water!" She shouted, and her roots began to pump the deep water to the surface. The animals jumped for joy, and the place was filled with voices of laughter and singing.
In a short time, the water began to flow around her spot, and the earth began to live again. The flowers opened their heads, and the grass returned to its magnificent green. All the animals enjoyed the fresh water. Everyone knew that it was the cooperation and hard work of Matama that saved the valley. From that day, the thick-rooted patch was considered the hero of the valley. The animals always remembered the power of her roots and her ability to unite everyone for a good cause. And they knew that in times of trouble, you can always count on the stain.
