According to them, the transportation is regularly late, which causes their children to be late for kindergarten and school - and at the same time also affects their own schedules, since they are forced to be late for their work. Beyond that, the parents describe a frustrating feeling of lack of response from the municipality.
"We try again and again to contact the municipality to find a solution, but the feeling is that they are trying to exhaust us, make us give up and stop trying," shares one of the mothers. This is not just inhumane behavior - it is a real danger.
What angers me the most is that our driver refuses to drive through the tunnels, even though we have permission to do so, and I don't understand why I have to fight for it. My son has a lot of trouble with long trips, and all of this is unnecessary. In addition, he told me that the driver takes a female hitchhiker every day for the ride, which should not happen.
We also don't know when to wake up the children in the morning, because there is no stability in the hours.
Sometimes the driver arrives too early, when the kids get to school before it opens, and then they don't have insurance. In other cases, they arrive too late and miss classes. I keep writing emails and calling, but no one answers.
