(Hai Pa) - A 4-year-old boy was hit by a car on Allenby Road in Haifa; Puna in moderate condition
Tonight (13.12.2024), at 20:44 p.m., a report was received at MDA's 101 hotline in the Carmel area about a car accident in which a 4-year-old boy was hit by a vehicle while he was walking as a pedestrian on Allenby Road in Haifa.
MDA medics and paramedics quickly arrived at the scene and provided the child with initial medical treatment. After the treatment in the field, the boy was taken to the Rambam Hospital in moderate condition and suffering from a head injury.
The Israel Police opened an investigation to examine the circumstances of the accident. Eyewitnesses at the scene will be questioned, and the driver involved in the accident has been detained for preliminary investigation.
