This week the Carmel Coast Regional Council was informed of no less than three wins by the education system in the Ministry of Education's district education awards.
Excellence in receiving evacuees during war
The "Joint" school under the management of Eldad Porat won the Education Award of the Settlement Education Administration, which was awarded this year to educational institutions that acted exceptionally in the "Iron Swords" war.
During the "Iron Swords" war, the "Shakma" school was established on the joint campus, which took in 167 students who were evacuated from the Ashkelon Coast Regional Council, and studied in the Carmel Coast throughout the school year.
Alpha Weinberger, principal of the "Kfar Galim" school, won the prize for a pioneering principal of settlement education
Keren Finsterbush, a Kindergarten teacher at Gan Lotem in Atlit, won the Haifa District Breakthrough Kindergarten Award
The head of the council, Asif Isaac:
"Warm congratulations to Alpha, the foundation and our joint school. This triple win is a great pride for all of us, and tells what we all already know: we have professional and wonderful educators in Carmel Beach, who, together with the community and the council, create an education system that is unique, high-quality and leading ."
The head of the council, the holder of the education portfolio, Rafi Avni:
"It is gratifying and exciting to see that the investment, the initiative and the resources we invest in the council education system bear fruit and are recognized throughout the country. We will continue to develop and promote education in our region in accordance with the strategic plan we have built, and I have no doubt that this is only the beginning."
Head of the Administration for Settlement Education, Dr. Sa'ar Harel:
"The win testifies to pedagogical, value and social excellence, a proper organizational culture and dedicated and professional management and education teams who have shown, especially this year in the shadow of the war, extraordinary educational resilience and values. We are proud of you."
Dr. Gabi Assem, Director of the Education Department at the Carmel Coast Regional Council:
"The fact that two years after winning the education award for the entire education system in the Carmel Coast, we continue to receive recognition and appreciation for the dedicated work of our administrators and staff, is a great pride for all of us. A big thank you also goes to the staff of the education department, who closely accompanies and is a full partner in the success."
A perfect school, with a wonderful teaching staff.
What fun it is to be part of the teaching team at school.
The students benefit from a beautiful school, with a very high quality of service and studies, including special education.
A role model!
From me too, Rafi Raphael Hasson, a journalist, mobile phone 0525045476, you remember for recognition.
