(haipo) - Lior Miron is only 12 years old, a XNUMXth grade student in Kiryat Haim and is already about to launch her first book. In a special interview withhaipo She tells about her wonderful journey, from childhood full of imagination to creating a book full of magic, faith and empowering and optimistic messages.
A world of witches
Lior, who will celebrate her 12th birthday next month (from a bat mitzvah!) discovered her love for writing when she was four years old, when she went through a challenging time, when her parents divorced. "Since I've been writing," she says, "I've always loved the world of witches."
The book, which will be released soon, tells the story of a young witch at a magic school. Contrary to expectations, the book deals not only with the world of magic, but also with deep issues that probably occupy every boy and girl - such as self-confidence, self-belief and overcoming difficulties.
The heroine of the book is a witch who has difficulty with spells and is therefore ridiculed by her friends. She goes on a wonderful journey in a magical land called "The Magical Melody", and meets fairies, gnomes and other characters there who teach her to believe in herself. At the end of the journey she returned to school, as now she is full of self-confidence and faith in her inner strength.
until they succeed
Lior explains that the book is the result of a lengthy three-year process: "I wanted my story to show other children that we can succeed even if we are not perfect, and that we can try again and again until we succeed."
inspiration
When Lior is asked about her sources of inspiration, she immediately mentions the famous writer J. Kay. Rowling, who, as we know, is responsible for the popular book series (perhaps the most popular in the world in recent decades) "Harry Potter" and also the Israeli youth writer - Liat Rotner ("One Summer Together", "Miko Bell", "Jerusalem Mixed" and more), alongside her love Lots of suspense and fantasy books. "I believe that reading is important," she says, "and my book has messages that I hope children will read and receive."
An extraordinary talent
Gili, Lior's mother, proudly shares the special path her daughter has taken. "Lior started writing stories at an early age. I remember the moment she shared her first story with me, which dealt with fears at night. Even then I realized she had an extraordinary talent. Six months later she came to me with a new story and asked me to hear it, and this time it was impressive Especially. To make sure I'm not biased as her mother, we sent the story to professionals, and their positive responses reinforced my feeling. It's totally her - she wrote, she chose you the illustrations, and led the whole process herself."
Doesn't have to be perfect
Beyond writing, Lior also likes to sing, dance and act. She works hard on her studies with the aim of being admitted to the theater major at the "Reut" school of arts. "She remembers huge amounts of texts, it's amazing," says her mother. "Reading definitely contributes to this. Lior is a talented and serious girl who does not give up on herself."
When Lior is asked about her dreams for the future, she answers with a smile: "I want to continue writing stories, maybe study theater. I hope that my book will be successful and that more children will read it and understand that you don't have to be perfect to be successful."
There is no doubt that Lior brings with her a refreshing breath of fresh air. She is a talented girl, full of personal charm and admirable intelligence. Her first book may easily become not only a successful literary work, but also a valuable source of inspiration for many boys and girls.
Lior's book will be launched, as mentioned, soon. We live here and will continue to follow his unique journey, shrouded in magic powder...
