At the Ilan Haifa Rehabilitation and Sports Center, the opening ceremony for the renewed therapeutic pool took place. We were honored with the presence of many dignitaries, including Mr. Yossi Shalom, Deputy and Negotiator of the Mayor of Haifa, representatives of the Executive Committee of the Ilan Association and the Chairman of the Executive Committee Prof. Elon Domanis, CEO of the Ilan Association Orit Ilon Friedman, Shlomo Cohen Yu R. Deir Katorion, Mrs. Michal Shiloh manages physical projects at Keren Hayesod and members of the house.

At the ceremony that took place in the new complex, Orit de Castro Cohen, CEO of the ILAN Haifa Sports and Rehabilitation Center, delivered speeches, among which she said: "After a difficult period, of war and incessant alarms, I am proud to say: that we lived, and survived and reached this time."

The action for people with physical disabilities that allows children and adults hydrotherapy treatments to preserve and improve daily functions and physical and mental strengthening which was renovated through the generous donation of the Foundation. A quote from the words of Ariel Beach Chi, the father of 6-year-old Gal, who has been a member of our center for about 5 years: "Thank you to the donors and the entire staff here at Ilan, to the caregivers, and to all those involved in the profession. The therapeutic pool allows freedom of movement in the water for people with physical disabilities and a safe and pleasant environment, for practicing and improving daily functions. Once again we have proven that a dream becomes a reality and every challenge is an opportunity, allowing us to continue doing the daily holy work we are engaged in and enable people with physical disabilities to live independent lives full of content and interest and to be entitled to a high level of service.
