(haipo) - 70 years old with a multi-system injury after being hit by a car on Hanaviim Street in Haifa.
MDA informed Lahi Pa:
At 13:46 p.m., a report was received at MDA's 101 hotline in the Carmel region, about a pedestrian who was hit by a vehicle on Hanaviim Street in Haifa.
MDA medics and paramedics provide medical treatment and refer to Rambam Hospital, a 70-year-old woman in serious condition with multiple systemic injuries.
Emergency medical medic from the MDA's motorcycle unit Gal Stavsky said:
"The pedestrian was lying unconscious and suffering from multi-system damage. We gave her medical treatment and evacuated her in an MDA intensive care vehicle to the hospital in a serious and stable condition."
The salvation union said:
The medical teams of the Rescue Union provided initial medical assistance to a pedestrian who was hit by a private vehicle on Hanaviim Street in Haifa.
Hershey Perlmutter and Yitzchak Schneiberger, medics at the rescue union, said:
"The pedestrian was lying on the road and suffered a head injury. We gave her initial medical aid on the spot and then she was taken in an intensive care unit to the Rambam Hospital, where her condition at this stage is determined to be critical."
