Montana Tucker, network host and social activist visited Rambam, as part of her first visit to northern Israel.
The star of the American Jewish network, Montana Tucker, who became famous during the past year with her courageous performance at the Grammy Awards held last February, wearing the dress of the Israeli abductees in the Gaza Strip, has arrived for another visit to Israel, a visit entirely dedicated to Israeli stories of heroism during the war.

Meeting with Tia Marie
At the Rambam Hospital, Montana met with the 11-year-old girl Tia Marie, who was severely injured by the missile strike in Majdal Shams during the month of July 2024, an event during which 12 boys and girls, residents of the Druze town in the northern Golan Heights, were murdered. Afterwards, Montana met the Shlomi couple Tovi and Ester Moshe, survivors of the Neva massacre who brought their son, Banya, into the world eight months ago. Her eight-month-old son is the first Nova baby born in Israel. The parents and Montana were moved to tears and thanked Tucker for meeting them and for the privilege they had of telling her what they had been through on Shiva in October '23.

Immediately afterwards, Tucker met with Prof. Miki Halbertal, director of Rambam in order to hear from him about the mobilization of the Rambam staff and how a hospital functions under a shower of missiles from Lebanon.

All the best to Rambam Hospital.
