The new center will lead the set of municipal services intended for the residents of the city, and among other things, the services of the municipal hotline will operate within it, which is expected to undergo a significant upgrade, including the implementation of a dedicated application, an innovative digital envelope, the field of housing culture, and more. At the same time, the city's service strategy, concept, tools and uniform service language will be formulated; The municipal service strategy will be implemented and assimilated in the various municipal units; And the new center will accompany, build and implement technological service systems, and will develop digital service channels.
