Shlomo Gorenstein and Hezki Shafrai medics of the Rescue Union reported:
"This is an accident involving a car and a scooter. We gave first aid at the scene to the rider of the scooter (a delivery boy) who was then taken to Rambam Hospital. At this point, his condition is moderate."
MDA informed Lahi Pa:
At 11:45 a report was received at MDA's 101 hotline in the Carmel area about a motorcyclist who was hit by a vehicle on Nathanzon Street in Haifa. MDA medics and paramedics provide medical treatment and refer a 19-year-old boy to Rambam Hospital in moderate condition with bruises on his limbs.
When will they start treating this phenomenon on the road?
Go through red, overtake on the right, drive at a crosswalk or sidewalk at 30-40 km/h, drive against the direction of traffic, etc.
The only thing that is enforced is speed, and that too in straight line segments.
