The prestigious leadership program has been successfully completed

Mayor Kiryat Bialik and the senior team have successfully completed the prestigious Bloomberg-Segol Leadership Program.

The Mayor of Kiryat Bialik, Eli Dukorski, together with the CEO of the municipality, Lior Tergan, and the municipal treasurer, CPA Chen Peretz, successfully completed the Bloomberg-Purple Leadership Program - a prestigious program designed for outstanding municipal leaders. The program, held at the Kohler Faculty of Management at Tel Aviv University, selects only 20 leading mayors to participate each year, while adhering to strict criteria of proven achievements and urban vision.

As part of the program, which is the result of a collaboration between the Michael Bloomberg Foundation and the Segol Foundation, the participants acquired advanced tools in the areas of negotiation management, effective leadership, data-based decision making, crisis management and self-awareness development. The program, which was inspired by the Center for Urban Leadership of the Bloomberg Foundation and Harvard University, allows its participants to learn from leading experts and collaborate with colleagues from around the world.

"The program gave us essential tools to deal with the challenges of the modern era, which is characterized by an accelerated rate of change and a dynamic environment," said Mayor Dukorski. "I thank the Bloomberg-Segol leadership program for the unique opportunity to acquire knowledge and tools that will help us continue to lead Kiryat Bialik to growth and development."
