The Hapoel Laos Media Haifa football club informed "Hai Peh Kororan Ha'Hadhod" that the CEO of the Red Club Itai Rak contacted today (Wednesday, 6/11/2024) the prosecutor of the football association, attorney Gilad Bergman, with a request to bring Maccabi Haifa player Dia Saba to trial I was disciplined under aggravating circumstances due to the throat-clearing movement towards the Hapoel Haifa fans' stands in the derby match held this week (Monday, 4/11/2024) at the "Teddy" Stadium in Jerusalem, after his team scored the first goal.
As you may remember, the Maccabi Haifa Greens defeated the Hapoel Haifa Reds 1:4 in the Haifa derby, thanks to goals from Dia Saba (41st, 83rd minutes), Rafalov (penalty, 73rd minute) and Sabrina (93rd minute).
In response, among other things, the Reds write to the association's prosecutor, as follows: "Beyond the fact that this is an ugly provocation like no other, this is a movement that can be interpreted as a real threat to the team's fans. There is no need to exaggerate the severity of the player's behavior, which caused great harm and unrest among our fans, also in view of his character of the game as a "derby" game between 2 teams whose sporting rivalry has been going on since ancient times. This serious incident was recorded by the television cameras of many sources and it is not clear how the refereeing team of the game went unnoticed."

An association that respects itself and the fans (and especially in this time of war) does not put this on the agenda.
Although from the beginning it was expected that the legal authorities would handle it if the fans in that stand filed a complaint with the police.
