On Monday 4/11/24, a new and modern neighborhood playground opened near the intersection of Shoshana Demari and Jordana Arzi streets in the Givat Zemar neighborhood, with an investment of NIS 1.5 million. The garden, which was established by the City Improvement Division of the Operations Administration, was built as part of the infrastructure works carried out by the municipality for the benefit of the residents of the neighborhood, which is being established these days and offers a variety of facilities suitable for all ages.
Special emphasis on the accessibility of the facilities and the shading of the garden
In establishing the garden, special emphasis was placed on the accessibility of the facilities and the shading of the garden, with the aim of ensuring that children and families will enjoy a pleasant stay even on hot summer days. Next to the play facilities, comfortable benches were placed in the garden, drinking taps were installed, and security cameras were installed, which are connected to the Haifa municipality's operational center. Along with this, comprehensive landscaping works were carried out in the garden, designed to add a pleasant and inviting atmosphere to the place for all those who spend time there.
Such a pilot will not be built in a few months. This is part of the plan of Einat Kalish Rotem who came up with it
A little encouragement for the plans we will see in the future
…..at the same time strive to get the job done
What about codersssssssss??? It's been 30 years in the same situation!!! As a child I went to him and nothing changed!!! There is a huge space there with a facility and a half.
It is better to take care of the protection of the city's children first, instead of sending them to sit on the floor under the window with their hands on their heads during an alarm. Waiting for a disaster to move? Unbelievable that the municipality joins them happened in such a blatant way.
What is the address to the beautiful garden?
The garden is stunning, but from you it's the kind of thing that deserves to be congratulated for whoever came up with it. Einat Klish Rotem with dignity and herself. It's impossible for such a pilot to be submitted to work in a few months. As someone who knew her closely, she knows that sometimes the commission is very difficult. for doing the wonderful job
modern?! Every grade 3 kindergarten in Kiryat Ata is more advanced than this kindergarten. (without referring to the amusement parks in the center) maybe modern compared to what is in Haifa...
A playground is nice, but what about the rest of the infrastructure for the neighborhood? Opening the entrance / exit towards Alamogi? A shopping center? The arrangement of the squares and roads? The neighborhood looks like a construction site
Very very beautiful, Mia
As usual, close to zero shading in the gardens in Haifa
When will they add a bus line to the new neighborhood?
Is there a protected area around?
It is not clear what is new and modern here?
The shape of the slide? the color..?
Looks like any stencil garden that you put in every city, everywhere..
The time has come for them to invest in Kiryat Haim and not just in Haifa!!!!!
Kiryat Haim is right, it is a clarification of Haifa, they invest in it
There is a city hall in Haifa
We must disengage from Haifa
A huge fortune for how many facilities?!
What the hell is all the money going for?!
Improve both the Bordia playground and the surrounding landscaping, the residents pay a lot of money to the municipality
How does the municipality approve of naming a street after a living person? are you crazy
Givat Zemar, renew yourself! What about the boys' kindergarten in Neve Shanan? The kindergarten has not changed its face since my children were small and today they are over 40 years old. A miserable kindergarten!
Soon the place will be flooded by masses of wretched ultra-Orthodox dodgers. Hope you arranged a bathroom there, otherwise the whole place will be filled with used diapers.
At least one can hope that they will not be outnumbered by Tel Aviv bettors who will be deterred by the distance.
Already in the pictures you can see that the second the sun sets (and today it is already around 5) it will be dark there because the lamps are not suitable.
How long will a Khafarit municipality that doesn't do work until the end, how long?!?
A welcome initiative, in my opinion sports fields should also be established, for football and basketball games for youth and adults.
