Shlomit Weiss and Rinat Remler • New directors at the Haifa Economic Company

The Haifa Economic Company adds to the company's board of directors two new senior directors, both women with extensive experience in their fields, who will join the company's 15 board members.

Shlomit Weiss

Shlomit Weiss, owner of a consulting company - WeissWay - Empowering Tech Leadership that directs and advises senior management, building groups and teams for timely and quality performance. In her previous position, senior vice president at Intel, co-GM of Intel's global development and engineering group, and before that, senior vice president at Mellanox. brings to the company's board of directors 30 years of rich experience in the world of leadership and technology in international companies. Has a master's degree in electrical engineering from the Technion - the Israel Institute of Technology.

Rinat Ramler

The second director joining the board of the economic company is Rinat Ramler, a senior financial manager, veteran and skilled, with extensive experience in financial management, including strategic and business planning. For the past seven years, Ramler has served as a partner and CFO in JVP, one of the leading venture capital funds in Israel, and before that in the positions of chief financial officer in leading companies in the economy, including Elron, one of the pioneers of Israeli hi-tech. She also serves as a board member at c Margalit StartUp City, and before that in companies such as the Luzon Ventuizen Group as well as a member of the board of directors in community and initiative associations, working to lead socio-economic change in Israel through entrepreneurship and innovation. She has an MBA, from the Technion School of Business Administration, and is a certified CPA.
