(live here) – Residents complain that the state of the public toilets in Sportek is unbearable.
Residents who visit Sportec in the Neve Shanan neighborhood in Haifa (near the Grand Canyon) express great frustration at the poor state of the public toilets there. According to the visitors, the toilets are dirty and severely neglected - the toilets are broken, dry excrement remains, and there is a continuous shortage of toilet paper rolls. "The park is maintained and maintained, so why are the public toilets in such a bad state?" Residents ask in frustration.
In conversations with Hai Pa, residents point out that it is obvious that the toilets have not been cleaned for a long time. The place is full of dried feces, the toilets are broken and falling apart, and the place emits a bad and unbearable smell. Toilet paper, according to the residents, was not found at all. Residents explain that in addition to the fact that the toilets are unfit for use due to their condition, they also constitute a real sanitary hazard.
The gap between the maintenance of the park and the state of the public services particularly bothers the islanders. The paths in the park are tidy, the trash cans are emptied regularly and the trash bags are replaced - but the park services look like they haven't been taken care of in a long time. The resident of the city, who often visits the park (his name is withheld in the system), tells "Hai Pa": "I came to Sportek yesterday (Saturday, 26.10.24/XNUMX/XNUMX) to check if anything had changed, if the toilets had been cleaned. But the sight was shocking! At least This week the toilets are in this condition, without any change. Out of five cells - including one for the disabled, two for men and two for women - almost all of them are in a bad condition, with toilets without lids and full of terrible dirt, and of course - no toilet paper."
In addition to the dirt in the toilets, residents point out that there is only partial shading in Sportek, which makes it difficult to use the sports fields during the hot hours. The residents call on the Haifa municipality to ensure regular maintenance of public services and to work to improve conditions for the benefit of visitors.
The Haifa Municipality responded: "The matter has been dealt with, and the complex was thoroughly cleaned this morning."
The truth is that the toilets are dirty, not as bad as the fact that there is no protected space in Sportec. I've already had the chance to lie there on the grass after an alarm...
I think the filth comes at certain times when they know there is no criticism, that municipal employees will be sitting around several times on citizens, with cameras and a bill of exchange or a municipal employee, and that's how they will catch the criminals. The graffiti criminals are also back in Carmel, graffiti nonsense is added every day. Welcome to check. It was so beautiful that the municipality must have cleaned the areas in Carmel. And this time if they catch them, instead of arresting them again, and taking them to clean everything!!! and empty their bags of all colors. That's the only way they might learn. and a fine Or a small cell….
Excellent article Samar. Have a good and blessed week everyone.
Ugh, what a disgrace.
An article regarding a pony injury stamp.
Article on the spot!!
Very simply in the jungle state nothing should be free.
Put a cleaning worker there who will be employed there permanently at the opening and cleaning of the facility - those who want services will pay him NIS 10 and the services will be polished and without vandalism.
also a possibility.
Too bad,
Until recently they were always careful and it was very clean.
And what about the lighting, they recently cut an hour and turn it off already at ten o'clock
Anyone masterful? This is the East. This is the Levant! That's how it was and that's how it will always be. What did you think, that this is Europe??
