Ever After Foods joins the Life Sciences Park
The Ever After Foods company joins the Life Sciences Park in Haifa, which is owned by the "Haifa Economic Company" and the "Mebane" group. Today, the company signed a lease agreement, to rent an area of approximately 800 square meters for a lease period of 5 years with an option to extend. The partnership was represented by lawyers Yossi Miller and Lama Khoury of Miller & Co., and Ever After Foods was represented by Atty. Rotem Wartenfeld from Shybulat.
The company will sit next to the leading companies in the economy, among them: Sonova Israel, GE Medical, Lonza Israel, On Semiconductor and more, which inhabit the building. The partnership is diligently working on renting buildings 2-3 in the park complex which are under accelerated construction and are expected to receive form 4 around May 2025.
The food-tech company Ever After Foods
Ever After Foods offers an advanced technological platform for the production of cultured food on a commercial scale and economically. The company is a joint venture of the Flory biotechnology company and the Tnuva company alongside international strategic investors.

The Science and High-Tech Park is a central part of Haifa's ecosystem, which includes leading hospitals, first-class academic institutions, one of the largest medical device companies in the world, unique startup initiatives, and more, and produces quality jobs for the city's residents. The park complex
The Haifa Science and High-Tech Park Complex (Life Sciences Park), located on a large parcel of land of approximately 31 dunams, is designed by the Haifa office of Moshe Tzur Architects and upon completion will include five buildings with a total area of 85 thousand square meters. In addition to the five buildings, there will be areas Greens and facilities for the well-being of the customers of the companies that chose to establish their abode, grow and develop in the park, their employees and the park island.
The size of a typical floor in the building is about 1,500-2,000 square meters and they are offered for rent in different and varied finishing levels, including a perfect finish. It is also possible to connect a bridge between the floors and create a floor of about 3500 square meters.

stage B'
Phase B of the project includes two buildings, 8 stories, with an area of about 14 thousand square meters each (total about 28 thousand square meters) and another 3 floors of underground parking connected between them, with a size of about 24 A thousand square meters shared.
The buildings are built in green construction and include infrastructure for laboratories, shafts, hoods and the like. On the green roof level, infrastructure for an active roof, kitchens, pergolas and sitting areas are being built, in preparation for community gardens, social events, etc.
On the ground floors of the buildings (phase B) infrastructure is planned for restaurants and cafes that will serve the employees of the high-tech and biotech companies that will be located in the park campus and the surrounding area. An advanced and friendly environmental development is planned around the buildings, such as an ecological pool, unique fitness facilities (gym garden) and more.\
