Haifa museums offer a large selection of activities, workshops and films for all ages in the Sukkots in the various museums. Entrance to Haifa museums during Sukkot for evacuees and residents of the conflict line will be Free, by presenting an ID card attachment. During the days of Sukkot, Kami Matsuri workshops for the whole family will also be held at the Tikotin Museum - a Japanese technique of paper folding combined with cutting. There will also be guided tours for the general public throughout the holiday in the three exhibitions presented in the museum: the world design exhibition "Japanese Design Today 100" and the photography exhibitions "Light on the Skin" and "Japanese Sushi Girls".
Various activities are also expected to take place in other Haifa museums in honor of the holiday:
- At the Haifa Museum of Art There will be an art camp in Semeen Stav, intended for children in grades 13-15.10 on the dates XNUMX-XNUMX. In addition, during the holidays there will be guided tours for the whole family in the six exhibitions currently on display in the museum - all of them are solo exhibitions of female artists from the North.
- At the Haifa City Museum The "Susita" exhibition opened these days, bringing the unique story of the mythical Israeli car Susita, in an interactive and fascinating exhibition. In addition, on Tuesday, 15.10.24, another exhibition will open in the museum called "Gabra" - a solo exhibition dealing with the story of the community garden cultivated by members of the Ethiopian community, residents of the Neve David neighborhood in Haifa. During the holiday there will be guided tours of both exhibitions. There will also be a creative workshop for children of urban animals in the collage.
- at the National Maritime Museum The exhibition "The Sea and its Fullness", which deals with life under the sea, is currently on display. During the holiday there will be guided tours for the whole family in this exhibition and in the museum's permanent exhibitions: Hebrew shipping, the world of pirates, SOS - save the sea and more.
- In the Hermann Struck Museum There will be a workshop to print decorations for the sukkah, where the participants will make stamps from plasticine and print patterns on a chain of pennants.
