(Hai Pa) - The MDA is summarizing the condition of the victims from a multi-casualty event - the explosion of the Leyd drone in Nimina tonight, 13/10/24, 19:30. MDA informed Lahi Pa:
61 injured, of which 3 are in serious condition, 18 are in moderate condition, 31 are in mild condition and 9 are victims of anxiety in the impact of the UAV, the MDA declared a mass casualty incident
This evening, at 19:14 p.m., reports were received at MDA's 101 center about dozens of injured people from the fall of a UAV. Very large forces of Magen David Adom were immediately dispatched to the scene, using ambulances, intensive care vehicles and MDA units mounted on motorcycles, which provided immediate medical treatment to the wounded and evacuated them together with IDF helicopters and ambulances and intensive care vehicles to the hospitals.

During the event, MDA's blood services provided the hospitals with 197 doses and blood components.

Avi Cohen, an MDA paramedic who was at the scene said:
"We arrived at the scene with very large forces of Magen David Adom, rescued the wounded and began evacuating them with military helicopters and ambulances and intensive care vehicles to the hospitals. There was a lot of commotion at the place and it was a serious incident, but we were able to evacuate the injured very quickly to the hospital so that they could continue to receive medical treatment."
A paramedic at MDA Rafi Sheva said:
"This is a very difficult scene, we declared the scene a multi-casualty incident and treated the wounded who suffered from the blade and spray injuries, the injuries were severe, we evacuated the wounded to the hospitals as quickly as possible for further medical treatment."
Deputy Director of the Sharon Region of the MDA Amit Dileon said:
