Adrien Rafael Cuaio, 31 years old from Haifa, is the face of the beautiful Israeli. For a whole year he serves in the reserves as a tank mechanic in the southern region, and plays an important role for the success of our forces' activities in Gaza.
Even before 7.10/XNUMX, Kuayo was engaged every day in an equally important mission, as a proud employee of Rambam's stretcher (transportation) unit, a sensitive and essential position in any hospital setting.
Recently, while he is still staying in the field, far from his wife and their three children aged 2-4, Kuayo was informed that he won the "Outstanding Worker" award for the employees of the governmental health system units, a token of appreciation for his dedicated work over the past three years at the Great North Rambam Medical Center.
"I've been in the field since October 8.10th, with short breaks to go home," says Kuayu in a brief conversation he managed to hold in the evening hours, "I haven't been home or to Rambam for a long time. We are here, doing what is necessary. When I was informed by the work that I had won the award, I was very excited. It is gratifying and heartwarming when your work is appreciated. Now that the situation in the north is escalating, and I think about what my wife has been going through for 12 months, while I'm here, it's important for me to say that she is the real hero. I dedicate the award to her."
Another award winner among Rambam employees is Dr. Eil Raz, director of the anesthesia department at the medical center.
"Outstanding Employee Award" For employees of the governmental health system units Awarded every year to dozens of outstanding employees out of tens of thousands of employees in the government health system, which includes the government hospitals, the health bureaus and the main office.
The award is given in the categories: outstanding employee, outstanding employee at the secondary level and outstanding employee teams.
Kudos to the Rambam Hospital employees. Best wishes to everyone.
