(live here on the train) - Due to the extensive recruitment of reserves for the campaign in Lebanon, people who are routinely involved in the security of train stations are also being recruited. Since this is the case, there is a temporary lack of security personnel and therefore it is not possible to operate all the train stations in Israel. Israel Railways announces the temporary closure of several stations.
Israel Railways announcement
Due to an extensive reserve recruitment of security personnel, a number of train stations will be temporarily closed from Sunday 6.10.24 until further notice. The stations that will be closed will be prioritized based on passenger numbers, their proximity to alternative train stations that will remain active and other service considerations.
The stations that will be temporarily closed:
- Achihud (next to Karmiel station).
- Kiryat Haim (next to Kiryat Motzkin station).
- Migdal Hamek Kfar Baruch (next to Yokneam Kfar Yehoshua Station).
- Holon and Bat Yam Kommiam Junction (near the Holon Wolfson and Bat Yam Yoseftal stations).
- The secondary entrances at the following stations will also be closed. The main entrances will remain active as an orderly.
- The western entrance at the Carmel Beach station. The eastern entrance will remain active.
- The northern entrance at Ramla station. The southern entrance will remain active.
War has nothing to do with the government as Goldknoff best put it. Miri Regev continues to engage in job distribution and diamond cultivation and forgets her responsibility as the Minister of Transportation and Road Safety.
Yeshiva students must be trained in security courses.
Parasitism is no longer possible while there is a shortage of fighters and security guards.
Train security guards are all female and former combatants with high combat readiness. I wouldn't trust a yeshiva guy to guard the entrance to the supermarket...
People with disabilities and disabled people have difficulty parking on the east side. But who cares...
There are no parking spaces on the east side for people with a disability and those with a disabled sign..but who cares.
The main thing is that the Minister of Transport is busy visiting Budapest. She was seen buying jewelry. Most important in wartime. The reservists cannot return to the base on holidays and Shabbat.
Beloved, you haven't flown anywhere in the last year, have you?
And everyone around you didn't fly, didn't buy jewelry and wasn't in a hotel?
Let's let her finish her term and we'll judge if she traveled less or much more than other transport ministers before her?
