In a conversation with employees of the state comptroller's office ahead of Rosh Hashanah, the comptroller said:
"In light of the intensification of the war in the north, in the coming days we will return and activate the hotline and the WhatsApp channel at the Public Complaints Commission in the State Comptroller's Office, for the benefit of residents who need assistance during this emergency. The ministers and all government and local government bodies must act, each in their own field, in an emergency format, in order to provide the best response to the residents of the north."
