(haipo) - The driver suspected of recklessness and causing the negligent death of a 17-year-old boy in a fatal car accident was released by the court under restrictive conditions.
The accident in which the boy was killed happened last Sunday (22/9/24) on Route 77, near the Zarzir interchange. Apart from the boy who was killed, four other people were injured in the accident.

The accident occurred in the early morning hours of last Sunday, as mentioned, when the truck driven by the suspect was involved in a collision. According to the suspicion, after hearing alarms while driving, the driver stopped, got out of the truck, saw the accident that occurred on the spot, and after the alarms ended - fled the scene with the truck.

During the hearing in court, the judge accepted the request of the defense attorney, attorney Yifat Cohen, who represents the suspect, to release him under restrictive conditions, despite the serious suspicions attributed to the suspect, including neglect after an injury, causing serious injury or death to the victim, reckless driving and a traffic stop .
The judge determined that there is an evidentiary foundation in the investigation file, linking the suspect to the crimes attributed to him, and that there is a reasonable suspicion that he committed them. However, the judge added that the reason for the arrest required to continue the investigation is low, so it was decided to release the suspect to house arrest until 28/9/24. The conditions of release include a deposit of NIS 5,000 and an additional third party guarantee of the same amount.
Sure let the truck driver go, what the hell
to the judge? During the house arrest, the driver involved will learn the details of the case with his attorney,
will invent things that were not and were not created.
And another will be eligible. A land eats its inhabitants.
Very sad.
The truck driver carried out an attack.
and released to house arrest.
This is what our courts actually look like. A wink to keep hitting, they won't do anything to you...
