(haipo) - At the end of a week of assassinations in Lebanon, during which approximately 70 Hezbollah terrorists were eliminated, including many of the commanders of the murderous terrorist organization, Israel is preparing for the possibility of expanding the circle of fire. The Home Front Command updates the self-defense instructions for the public, and as a result, the municipalities also update instructions for the residents. Message from the Home Front Command:

Due to the security situation, the Home Front Command established the following instructions from Saturday, September 21, 2024, at 20:30 p.m. until Monday, September 23, 2024, at 18:00 p.m.:

Kiryat Ata Municipality stated:

Dear residents,
In light of the changes in the defense policy of the Home Front Command, it was decided that starting this evening there will be a change in the defense policy of the Home Front Command. Below are the updated guidelines: Limiting gatherings to 30 people in an open area and up to 300 people in a building. Workplaces can be held in a building or in a place from which a standard protected space can be reached during the defense.

According to the assessment of the situation that the mayor, Yaakov Peretz, with the security system and the Ministry of Education, it was decided that the studies in Kiryat Ata will be held in capsules according to the protection capabilities of the educational institutions. Notices will be given to parents by the educational institutions.

Kiryat Bialik Municipality stated:

Dear parents and students,
In accordance with the guidance of the Home Front Command and further to the assessment of the situation we had with regard to the protection data in educational institutions - the education system in Kiryat Bialik will operate tomorrow as normal - schools and kindergartens, except -
The youth school - tomorrow only grades 1 and 2 will be taught. (Tomorrow we will assess the situation regarding the learning format later this week)
Regarding the shuttles outside of Kriya (special education frameworks) - the shuttle attendants will update according to each shuttle line.
Dormitories without standard protected space - will not operate.
The directives of the Home Front Command must be obeyed and we will update regarding any changes in the directives.

The Haifa Municipality stated:

We move to act according to a yellow outline:
In the education system they will learn physically in a partial format and in a way that will allow all students to reach standard protected spaces that can be reached within a minute.
Each class/kindergarten that is invited to study at the educational institution will continue the day including after-school hours and including transportation in special education.

The rest of the students will study remotely using Zoom or the other school systems.
The principals of the schools and kindergartens will inform parents about the placement system this evening.

The bathing beaches will be closed tomorrow (22/9/24).
The community centers and sports facilities will only operate if they have standard protection that allows those present to reach a protected space within a minute

The Carmel Beach Regional Council stated:

Residents of the Carmel Coast, good evening,
Following preparations for the worsening of the security situation in the Lebanese sector, the Home Front Command assumed that, tomorrow 22.9.24/XNUMX/XNUMX:

Rambam Hospital reported:

In light of the directives of the Home Front Command on the situation from Haifa and the north, there will be several changes in the activities at Rambam Hospital on Sunday morning. The activity of the delivery rooms continues as usual in a protected complex, elective surgeries that were planned in advance - will take place as usual. The institutes will also operate as usual (oncology, hematology, pain, gastro, etc.) IVF activity will take place.

There will be no activity in the outpatient clinics in the following areas:
Psychiatry, ENT, rheumatology, women, plastic surgery, allergy, oral and maxillofacial, neurosurgery, dentistry, orthopedics, knee, shoulder, spine, eyes. Outpatient clinics in other fields, operating in buildings adjacent to protected complexes, will be held.
