in a solemn ceremony held on Tuesday 17/9/24 at the Ministry of Education in Jerusalem, in the presence of the Minister of Education, Mr. Yoav Kish, the Director General of the Ministry, Mr. Meir Shimoni and Dr. Tzvia Rivan, the mother of the late Elad, the Minister of Education Award was presented to an outstanding youth volunteer Elad Riven to 11 male and female students, chosen from among approximately 340,000 male and female students active in the "Personal Development and Social Engagement" program. These are male and female students who work with great vigor to promote mutual guarantee and the sense of cohesion in Israeli society, to integrate those with special needs into society and to support sick children and low-income families.
