Auxiliary inspectors of the Tirat Carmel municipal police and officers of the Tirat Carmel police station arrested during the weekend (13/9/24) three illegal residents (SBAs) from Hebron and Tulkarm, who were staying in the city without residence permits.
The team of inspectors, who increase patrols and security throughout the city in the morning, identified the three at a construction site in the city. A city police car arrived at the scene along with the city inspection car and a car from the Carmel Castle police station, and an inquiry was made with the suspects regarding their identity.
The investigation revealed that they were Shebaim, residents of Hebron and Tulkarm, and all three were arrested. Later, another person suspected of having driven the three was arrested, and all four were taken for questioning at the Carmel Castle Police Station.
In accordance with the needs of the investigation and its findings and the request of the police, the court in Haifa extended the arrest of the Shabaim until 16/9/24.
