(haipo) - Police officers and inspectors of the Tirat Carmel municipal policing unit arrested an illegal resident of Jenin and his employer. In an expedited procedure, an indictment was filed against them.

During a scanning activity to locate illegal residents last night (Wednesday 11/9/24), inspectors of the Tirat Carmel Municipal Police Unit noticed a person who aroused their suspicion when he was staying under an apartment building. The municipal police teams were immediately dispatched to the scene, during the examination of the suspect it emerged that he was a resident of Jenin without legal residence permits, as well as his employer who was in the building was arrested for questioning, at the end of which he was imprisoned.
Later, and at the end of a chase, his employer during the Sheba was also caught and both were brought to the Tirat Carmel station for questioning, at the end of which they were arrested and imprisoned.
With the end of the investigation, the police managed to form an evidentiary infrastructure against the suspects and through the Haifa Beach Claims Branch, an indictment was filed against them in the Haifa court.
