Aloni has been working for the past 11 years at the Reali School as a teacher, educator, stratum center and area manager in Beit Biram. Doron joined the school in 2014 as a communication teacher and educator. The CEO of the Reali Yossi Ben Dov sent a letter to the school staff yesterday, Thursday, in which he informed them of the appointment:
"Doron has emerged in recent years as a first-rate educator. He has been greatly appreciated by the students, Beit Biram staff and parents. We are confident that Doron will be successful in his new role, and will contribute in his unique way to promoting the spirit of academic excellence and social leadership among the Beit Biram students and staff in the years to come ".
Mandy Rabinovitch is leaving
Rabinovitch announced that he will finish his post during the month of October. In the near future, the two will overlap. After a replacement for Aloni is found and together with the new managers who will be elected, Barieli will define the new management structure of Beit Biram.
Mandy Rabinovitch: Aloni has what it takes to succeed

The outgoing principal of Beit Biram High School, Mandy Rabinovitch, wishes Aloni the best of luck and said that he believes that he has what it takes to lead the school and its students:
"Doron is endowed with 3 key qualities that are important to the principal and will help him to succeed: He shares, he is a cooperative principal who knows how to make connections and partnerships in decision-making processes, he sees the student's best interest above all else, and even if the student doesn't think it's in his best interest at that moment, he knows it will be his Good for the continuation, which is a rare commodity among administrators and teachers to see the entire process and know how to set limits that will serve the same process even if at that moment it is not the most pleasant.
In addition, he is a humanist in the value sense of the word, he represents the spirit of the school, and sees the school's students as messengers for the revival of Israeli society in the humanistic directions and in the spirit of the Declaration of Independence.
Today's generation of students is a generation that needs administrators, who will be inspirational figures for them, who set limits and see the students at their best in the future, and Doron is gifted with that."
Doron Aloni is a humble, valuable and special man. A fantastic decision by the school administration. His students won big.
He was my son's tutor for 3 years. There are no words to describe his qualities.
The lack of aesthetics to hang a triangular sign when behind it the rounded roof of the passage and an outdated private area sign that has not been removed and next to it another sign on the gate is once again a private area. And everything is fenced with irons.
And this is another invested private school not public.

All the principals of this respected school had a few months of respite from studies and to prepare for a change of positions during the holiday. And it's strange that it takes place at the beginning of the school year.
Looks like a hoot.
