Police update - Monday 9/9/24:
Haifa police officers from the Coast District, in quick investigative operations, revealed the identity of a burglar, a resident of Ka'abia, who broke into an apartment and a car in the city of Haifa last Thursday night (6/9/24) and stole a lot of property from them.
The policemen arrived at his place of residence in the village and arrested the suspect for questioning at the Haifa station, in the end he was jailed.
Three days ago the police of the Haifa station opened an investigation after receiving a report about a car break-in.
The station's investigators began diverse operations using special technological means, during which they quickly revealed the identity of the suspect, a 38-year-old resident of Ka'abia.
The police located the suspect, arrived at his place of residence in the village and detained him for questioning at the Haifa station.
In accordance with the needs of the investigation and its findings, the court granted the request of the police and extended his detention until 11/9/24.
The original news is from Friday morning
In the early morning of Friday, 6/9/24, a car belonging to the Chai Pe system was broken into, which was parked in the public parking lot on Mahaniim Street in the center of Carmel. The burglars took two equipment bags that are necessary for daily life, but they have no value in the market, so it is possible that the burglars threw them somewhere in Haifa, after seeing that they did not contain property that could be sold in the market.
Inside the bags are similar colored fabric equipment. The burglars may have thrown away the cloth and the bag separately.
