(Hai Fe) - In the last few days, the work on the shade sheets installed in the skate park complex in Haifa has been completed.
The works to shade the skate park complex in Hecht Park have been completed. With the completion of the works, the park will reopen on Monday 2/9/24 for riders to use.
The shading works, estimated at about NIS 1 million, were carried out in cooperation with the Department for the Improvement of the City, in cooperation with the Sports Department and the Urban Beaches Department, and were made following additional new shadings established in the park, in the petanque complex (a ball game from the bowler family) and the new fitness garden established near the park.
The skate park complex
The skate park complex covers an area of 1,600 square meters and serves every day, in the morning and evening, hundreds of children riding skateboards, scooters and bicycles on high ramps, professional tracks and surfaces simulating real streets.
