The association "For their sake - doctors for Holocaust survivors" held an exciting and enriching lecture on maintaining brain health last week 25-29/9/24 at the Yom Carmel center of the "Shila" association in Haifa.
The lecture, delivered by Dr. Beti Kornbaum as a full volunteer, was dedicated especially to Holocaust survivors, with the aim of providing them with tools to maintain normal brain function and mental health. Dr. Kornbaum shared practical and up-to-date information with the participants, and provided personal answers to their unique questions and concerns.
The event was held in collaboration with the association "Lamenam" with the welfare department of the Haifa municipality and the association "Shila" for the development of services for the senior citizen in the community.
